Robin is a very dedicated person. It was her singular mission to help us buy our first house. It was a very taxing experience. With her many calls during the week Robin made it possible for us to remain focused and not lose our minds. She negotiated with the sellers and kept us in the running to get our house. The sale fell through once but she fought hard to get it back on track. She has remained in contact with us since the sale back in August of 2022. I don't know what we would have done with out her.

So thankful I found Robin to help me find my home, she was ready to show me homes anytime it was convenient for me, early mornings, after work late into the evening and weekends. We happened across Robin at a house showing and described our experience to that date. Our current house was not in great shape for sale but to move we needed what Zillow suggested it was worth. Two agents had tried to lower our expectations. Robin suggested asking more than we needed and listed us. The house sold in four days! We have a number of cats and can't rent easily in an interim to a new home purchase and Robin arranged rental of our house from the buyer for the period. She then showed us houses we thought we could afford in a large radius from our home. When we found what we liked only seven miles away she helped us through the purchase. All the best things a realtor can do.
